Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges are possible within 30 minutes of receipt. If you do not contact us within this time and provide proof that the product does not meet the stated specifications, your exchange or refund will be denied.

You can arrange an exchange or return via online chat on the website or in Telegram.

We recommend reporting the problem immediately after discovering it to maintain your warranty (even if customer support is temporarily unavailable).

To arrange an exchange, please provide the following:

Order number and email specified during purchase

A detailed description of the problem

A screenshot or video recording confirming the defect

Exchange and return policy after acceptance:

Exchanges are processed within 30 minutes of receipt of the product. If you do not contact us and provide proof within this time, your request will not be processed.

Refunds are only possible if a replacement product cannot be replaced with a similar one.

When making a return, a payment service fee (more than 1%) is charged, which is paid by the buyer.

Funds are returned within 48 hours to your personal account or e-wallets (please contact the website support team for available methods).
