You can contact us at any time, even if the operator is offline. Please do not duplicate requests to different channels.

1. Product Warranty
The warranty period is 30 minutes from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the description.
If you encounter any issues with your account, please contact support immediately. The sooner you report the issue, the higher the chance of it being resolved.
We offer a replacement or refund with 99.99% certainty upon proof (screenshots or video).

2. Refunds
Funds are refunded only if a replacement cannot be provided.
If the payment system's fee exceeds 1%, it is deducted from the refund. For example, Payeer and PerfectMoney may charge up to 3% for international transfers.

3. Proof of Purchase
To process a replacement request, the store may request a video recording of the purchase process. This is necessary, as not all problems can be identified by the product itself.
A recording is not mandatory, but it guarantees a 100% replacement if a problem occurs.

4. Warranty Scope
The warranty covers only the ability to log in to your account using the provided credentials.
Incompatibility with programs, extensions, or other tools is not grounds for return.

5. Buyer's Responsibility
The buyer confirms that they have the necessary skills to use the product.
The store does not provide account management training.
If login is only possible from certain devices, this is not considered a defect (unless otherwise stated).

6. Warranty Period

Standard - 30 minutes

For VK - 10 minutes

Individual terms are specified in the product description.

7. Data Changes
After purchase, we recommend changing your data (password, email, etc.) for security purposes.
Changing data in service accounts (e.g., VPN or streaming platform accounts) is prohibited.
The store is not responsible for accounts with altered information.

8. Product Inspection
Inspect the product immediately after purchase; claims will not be accepted after the warranty period has expired.
Any changes may result in a denial of return.
The buyer is responsible for the safekeeping of the purchased item.

9. Communication
Spamming and spamming customer support are prohibited. Otherwise, the store reserves the right to terminate service.
Additional expenses incurred by the buyer (for third-party services, etc.) will not be reimbursed.

10. Warranty Start Date
The warranty begins upon receipt of the item. Lack of user skills does not extend the warranty period.
When contacting us, please provide as much detailed information as possible.

11. Order Inquiries
It is prohibited to send messages without order details or to provide them after the warranty has expired.
Returns and replacements are not possible for accounts that have already been returned or replaced.

13. Payments

Funds may not be credited and are non-refundable.

14. Account Balance
Withdrawals from the internal balance are not possible.
Refunds are only possible upon reaching the minimum payment system threshold.
